Skyway Strength Circuits!

Are you looking to burn tons of calories while still building Strength and Muscle? Skyway Strength Circuits is a great class for you to build up your Strength and Conditioning. Not just for athletes, but for the average individual looking to get in shape.

Skyway Strength Circuit program consists of a variety of full body workouts. Split between upper body, core and lower body movements. We use a variety of different ways to get a great full body workout in. Skyway Strength Circuits, we use a variety of equipment. Consisting of using Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettlebells, Resistant Bands and body weight movements. Also we use multiple conditioning tools, such as the Assault Air Runner (self propelled treadmill) Air Dyne Bikes, Concept 2 Rowers and Skiergs.

Here at Skyway Strength, our goal is to encourage a healthier life style. The individuals training during these circuits are very encouraging, and they help others get through the workout by words of encouragement or just by leading by example. Excercise can be for many things. Changing and building friendships/community through movement!
