Hello, I’m Mikhail!

I’m the coach for Skyway Strength. Here at Skyway Strength I am looking for people who are trying to make a difference in health and physical fitness. As a personal trainer its my passion to help change lives, and improve the health of others. Through my own fitness journey of ups and downs, I’ve learned the importance of investing in ones self. I specialize in Strength Training and Circuit Training and try to focus on overall strength and conditioning. What I expect from you, I expect from all my clients, that is to work hard and stay dedicated inside and outside of my vision. Mindset is key! I will design a program that suits you best for the results you desire. Stay committed to training with me, and also without me and the results will come. We will work as a team to get where you want to be. Dedication means consistency, consistency will lead to results. So let’s have fun and enjoy the drive of pushing yourself to be the best you! Starting something new can be scary. Sometimes the hardest thing to do in life is to take the first step. Taking the first step can be life changing for you. Making a big change requires effort, persistence, and motivation. Doubt, fear and worry will only slow you down. Focus on doing your best now, and celebrate every step on the way. Once the first step has happened, gain momentum and never look back. The first step towards getting somewhere is to decide you’re not going to stay where you are.

Consistency

The first value that will lead you to a successful healthy lifestyle is CONSISTENCY! Consistency will be the key to your success. The key to being consistent in anything in life is figuring out what is holding you back. Fixing bad habits. Once you figure out what your bad habits are, correct them. Try your absolute best to have tunnel vision towards the goal you are trying to achieve.

Dedication

The second value that will lead to the new and improved version of yourself is, DEDICATION! Once you start to get consistent with working out and consistent with clean eating and drinking habits, the hard part is to continue that journey. You must have dedication. It’s easy to be on course for a month or two, but you must keep the momentum going and stay on course. Make sure the consistency leads to dedication.

Patience

The third value that you will need during this journey will be, PATIENCE! Patience will lead you to all your goals in life. You will have hard times with working out, you will have days you question is it all worth it. It will be all worth it. You just have to stay mentally strong throughout this process. Patience and Fortitude conquer all things. If you have these three values during our fitness journey together, there is no question we will be successful.
